How Much Does Delivery Cost

All standard tile and adhesive orders require delivery via our standard pallet service.

  • Free Delivery: Free Delivery available on all orders over £499
  • Standard Delivery Time: Each product differs – this could be a few days or it might take a few weeks. Individual lead times can be found on the product page under the Delivery tab.
  • Express and Out of Hours Delivery: Upgrades including express next day delivery, timeslots, evening delivery and weekend delivery are available at an additional charge.

Signing for Delivery

Once a delivery date has been agreed, you must ensure someone is available to accept the delivery and sign for the order.

 

Kerbside Delivery:

Tiles over 20kg weight will be shrink wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground level edge of your property. The driver will NOT be able to assist getting the tiles into your property due to insurance purposes.

Tiles under 20kg weight will be delivered with a parcel courier by hand.

 

Damages in Transit:

Goods must be inspected upon delivery. Please check your order for any damages before signing for it. Whilst we do not expect you to check every piece, we do ask you to look for visible damage. If any damages are found to the smallest tear on the pallet/parcel please sign it as “DAMAGED GOODS” on the delivery note. This will help protect you and our company from any discrepancies in future regarding the order.

Customers must inform us directly (in addition to signing the delivery note which we may not see for a further 3 days) within 24hrs if any of their goods have been damaged during haulage*
